April 20, 2024 — Leading all but two circuits tonight at I-75 Raceway, Headingley, Manitoba’s Ricky Weiss earned $4,000 for capturing the 50-lap Crate Racin’ USA Dirt Late Model Series victory! Bradley Lewelling finished 2.042 seconds back in second, while Greg Martin rounded out the podium in third. Matt Dooley came home in the fourth spot and Hayden Cardwell was the final car inside of the top five. Local favorite Cory Hedgecock was the race’s only other leading – sneaking past Weiss to lead laps 11 and 13 before ultimately slipping to a seventh place effort.

Next up at the Sweetwater, Tennessee facility will be the 5th annual North vs. South SPRINT CAR SHOOTOUT speed spectacular on Friday and Saturday, April 26th and 27th. Expect to see the fastest race cars to visit I-75 Raceway this season when the 125 mile per hour, 700+ horsepower winged sprint cars go screaming like jet fighters in a gymnasium around I-75 Raceway’s 3/8 mile clay oval plus Late Model and Stock Car Racing both nights!
